# Can I Delete my Burner Account From a Computer?

**Short Answer**  
No — Burner accounts cannot be deleted from a computer.

You can only delete your account:

- In the Burner app (iPhone or Android)  
- Or by contacting support

**Deleting Your Account on iPhone**  
1. Open the **Burner app**  
2. Tap the **More** tab at the bottom  
3. Tap **Account**  
4. Select **Manage Account**  
5. Tap **Delete Account**  
6. Follow the prompts to confirm

**Deleting Your Account on Android**  
1. Open the **Burner app**  
2. Tap the **menu icon (☰)**  
3. Go to **Account Settings**  
4. Tap **Delete Account**  
5. Follow the prompts to confirm

**Can I Cancel My Subscription from a Computer?**  
Yes — if your subscription is billed through Stripe, you may be able to cancel it from a computer.

However, canceling your subscription:

- **Does NOT delete your Burner account**  
- **Does NOT remove your numbers or data**  
- **Only stops future billing**

**Important Notes**  
- Account deletion is **permanent and cannot be undone**  
- Make sure to cancel any active subscriptions first
