# Call Error - Unable to Place Call - VoIPAction

Seeing an error saying **"Unable to place call - Burner.VoIPActionError"** or something similar? Here's how to fix it:

It's likely that you recently changed your main cell phone number with our support team and also had [in-app calling (VoIP)](https://support.burnerapp.com/article/306-in-app-calking-voip) turned on. Can you try turning it off and see if that helps?

**iOS Users:**

1. Tap on **More** at the bottom of your inbox.
2. Tap **Number Settings**.
3. Choose the Burner number you want to change the settings for.
4. Scroll down and choose **VoIP In-app Calling**.
5. Switch to Standard then Voice or VoIP, or leave it on Standard.

**Android Users:**

1. Tap on **More** at the bottom of your inbox.
2. Open **Number Settings**.
3. Choose the Burner number you want to change the settings for.
4. Scroll down and choose **VoIP In-app Calling**.
5. Switch to Standard then Voice or VoIP, or leave it on Standard.
