# Passcode Lock/Lock Burner

For added security, Burner's app for both iOS and Android comes with a Passcode Lock feature with optional TouchID integration. If you have forgotten your Passcode, simply delete and reinstall the app to reset it.

**Important Note:** If you are on iOS 18 and above, please use your device's native Touch ID/Face ID lock for apps. You can learn more about this [here](https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/lock-or-hide-or-an-app-iph00f208d05/ios). Android users, if your device supports this, please also use your device's native App Lock here.

**iOS Users:**

1. Tap on the **More** icon at the bottom of your inbox.
2. Tap **Passcode**.
3. Tap **Passcode** or **Edit**.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your lock code.

**Android Users:**

1. Tap on the **More** icon at the bottom of your inbox.
2. Tap **Passcode**.
3. Choose **Enabled Passcode**.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your lock code.
